Dining at Cafe des Artistes was a magical experience. We were seated in a lush tropical garden illuminated by candles and streaming tree lights. The service was top notch. Our seasoned front waiter, Jorge, took excellent care of us backed by a horde of busboys and food runners. The French influenced food was also extraordinary. The Seabass topped with a layer of crunchy scalloped potatoes and served with a parsnip puree was sublime. The perfectly cooked Filet Mignon was succulent down to the last bite. Dishes were plated with artistic panache. And the extensive wine list featured both local and European varietals.
