With new über talented Chef Aaron Gentry on board at Masters Kitchen and Cocktail, big things are in the works such as a complete overhaul of the restaurant’s menu. Chef Aaron places is strongly influenced by British cuisine and incorporates healthy cooking techniques in his dishes whenever possible. New smalls include:
• Crispy creamy Fried Risotto (Arancini) served with a savory tomato pasatta and sweet orange marmalade
• Scrumptious Scallop Ceviche over bulgur tabbouleh
• Scotch Egg skillfully prepared with house made sausage, whole grain mustard and Ploughman’s pickle
